First Time Clients
What to ExpectFirst time clients can expect to get a great workout and will likely have muscle soreness all over. You may even be sore in places you have never felt before! Class is performed barefoot or in sticky socks and all equipment is provided. The studio is kept at a comfortable, cool temperature and we strive to provide an inviting and relaxing environment so our clients feel refreshed and uplifted after getting an incredible workout.
Pre-registration is highly encouraged – that way you won’t need to fill out any paperwork and your space will be reserved. If you’re looking for a class that is most likely to be on the smaller side, check out a 5:45 am, 12:00 pm, or evening class. The mornings and weekends sometimes tend to be busier, but not always. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and to get acquainted with our studio.
The stretches are a very vital part of our classes so we do ask that you stay the full duration of class. If you must leave early on occasion, just leave your mat and equipment when you leave. The instructor will put it away for you, so other clients are not distracted during their stretches and you can participate as long as possible.
Please silence and store cell phones. Again, this hour is just for you. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please discuss it with your instructor beforehand.
If you schedule classes and fail to show up or fail to cancel within three hours of the class, they will be deducted from your package. Monthly unlimited clients will be charged $10 each occurrence.
