No, none of our classes are dance classes although we do utilize a ballet barre for balance. No coordination is required.
No way! Our classes are perfect for people of all ages, sizes, & fitness levels. Even our trampoline classes can be modified but they are our most intense classes.
We ask that you try to arrive on time but understand that sometimes things happen. If you arrive late, please perform 60 knee lifts to warm your muscles before joining class. Click here for more information on class etiquette.
If you have your own mat and 1-2 lb weights, please bring them as we are trying to reduce shared equipment due to Covid-19. If you don’t have those items, we have extras.

Absolutely not! While we do offer 3 and 6 month contracted memberships, they aren’t required to attend classes. Our first month for $69 special is not part of a contract and does not lock you into some type of “gotcha!” membership pricing.
Tucking your spine is limiting and potentially can cause problems. Rather than using methods with a tucked pelvic position, known as a tuck spine, our classes focus on a neutral spine, meaning the spine is in its natural alignment. A neutral spine position helps to protect the spine, improve balance and posture, relieve stress on the spine, reduce risk of injury, and optimize breathing and circulation.
You should wear comfortable clothing that isn’t too loose or baggy. Most clients are most comfortable in leggings, either capri or full length. No shoes are permitted in the studio. Either bare feet or yoga socks are okay.
With the exception of Barre Advanced Fire, all classes on our schedule are open to clients of all levels. One of the great things about our featured methods is that each class is what you make of it. As you learn how to push yourself in each class, the harder the class is!
Although online registration is easier, it isn’t required. If you would prefer to drop in for a class, just give us a call to let us know you’re coming. You can fill out our online registration our paperwork in the studio. If you prefer to drop in, we do ask that new clients arrive early to fill out paperwork and to get acquainted with our studio.
Youth services is simply in-house babysitting. Our youth services worker doesn’t change diapers or administer feedings, but will only get parents out of a class if it’s absolutely necessary. Online registration is required for each child that will be coming with you because space is very limited and often fills up fast. Youth services can be purchased for $5 for a Single Visit or $30 for a 10-Visit Pack.
Yes, as long as it’s okay with your doctor. A doctor’s note is required to attend classes while pregnant. Please contact us for full details regarding modifications that we require for the safety of both you and your baby.
