|It’s that time of year again! The weather is cooling off and some of us are dreading wearing jeans again for the WRONG reasons. With summer cookouts, vacations, kids being home, and fun days on the boat or the beach it’s easy to get derailed during the summer. If you’re ready to get back on track, join us for our challenge. Just like last year, we encourage you to think about that favorite pair of jeans that’s just a bit too snug. You know the ones – they used to fit perfect and now they hug a bit too much in places. Or maybe you used to fill them out a little better but have lost some muscle mass. This challenge will get you back into those favorite jeans in no time!
Here are all the details:
- Attend 25 classes from Sept 18 – Oct 29 and receive a free logo tank
- Each class attended earns points – Barre Basic & Yoga Flow classes earn 2 points, cardio classes earn 3 points
- Earn extra points on social media
- Check in on facebook when you attend class using #barrebritches2017 to earn 1 point, limit of 5 check-in points
- Additional posts on social media tagging @SouthernBarre and using the hashtag #barrebritches2017 will earn an additional point, limit of 5 additional posts
- Be sure to show your instructor so we can give you credit
- Bring in those favorite jeans during the 1st week of the challenge to display in the studio for constant motivation and earn 5 points
**The person who has the most points & completes all 25 classes
will win $100 towards merchandise in the studio.**We will also share suggested healthy recipes on Pinterest for anyone interested. To sign up for this challenge, all you need to do is reply to this email with your t-shirt size to let us know to start tracking your progress!
