Classes are influenced by classical and modern dance (though they are NOT dance classes) and utilize a barre to achieve optimal positioning. Insights from Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic stretching also balance these classes unique approach.

The precision-oriented technique focuses mainly on small, isolated movements within deeply held and challenging postures. Barre classes work to increase metabolism, burn fat, and lengthen tight muscles. With commitment to the technique, you get recognizable results exactly where you want them.

Proper form is essential to achieving optimal results so all our instructors, or “Barretenders,” are highly trained to correct and refine your positioning during each workout rather than just working out while hoping you follow along.

Piloxing cardio fusion incorporates cutting edge research and fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina. tap n’ pow{h}er, a yoga and balance fusion class, is designed to shape, tone, and elongate while delivering messages of empowerment. tap n’ pow{h}er is an extremely form focused method inspired by dance and mind body fitness study, training, and instruction. Combining full range of motion with isometric movement, tap n’ pow{h}er takes you on a challenging and empowering journey unlike any other.

The structure of tap n’ pow{h}er takes a thoughtful approach at building deep muscle strength, tone, flexibility, balance, and proper alignment. tap n’ pow{h}er is not for the quitter. It’s for the woman who finds strength in the struggle and empowerment in her accomplishments. tap n’ pow{h}er is designed to test clients’ will and focus. Much like life, when clients stumble in this class, they are encouraged to get back up, reposition, refocus, and persevere. Inspired by the art of tap dancing, tap n’ pow{h}er, incorporates controlled strength training exercises interspersed with cardio intervals and yogic posturing. NOTE: No dance experience is necessary!


Buti yoga is the most recent addition to our schedule and is taking the country by storm! This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement. Created by Celebrity Trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Gold favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion – THE RESULT – long, lean muscle with sexy feminine curves.
